A winning Tennessee Lottery ticket worth $50,000 was sold at the location off Gray Station Road, according to a news release on Tuesday. 

The store will receive a bonus of $5000 for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket. 

The winning ticket matched four out of five white balls plus the red Powerball to win $50,000. The Powerball jackpot continues to climb and reached $700 million, as of Tuesday morning.

The Tennessee Lottery is run by the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (TELC). People must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or redeem TELC tickets, only cash can be used to purchase lottery tickets.
