A Single Ticket in Georgia Wins $1 Million in Latest Powerball Drawing

The $34 million Powerball prize was not won Monday night, but someone in Georgia became $1 million richer.
A single ticket matched all five white balls in the Powerball's latest drawing, making someone a millionaire, according to the lottery results. It is unknown where in Georgia the winning ticket was sold.
The winning white ball numbers were 2, 27, 31, 44, 64 while the red Powerball number was 18. The Power Play was 3X.
Two people won $50,000 prizes. The jackpot now sits at $49 million for Wednesday's drawing.
