A Massachusetts state lottery player from 7-Eleven wins a big jackpot recently

A winning $100,000 lottery ticket was sold on Sunday from a 7-Eleven convenience shop, the Massachusetts State Lottery announced.

The 7-Eleven store that sold the winning ticket was located in Quincy. The $100,000 prize was from the lottery’s “Mass Cash” drawing on Sunday night, and the winning numbers from the Aug. 13, drawing were 4, 6, 22, 27 and 35. “Mass Cash” drawings occur daily at 9 p.m.

Tickets to play are $1. A player must choose five numbers between 1 and 35, and there are three available prizes to win. If all five numbers match the numbers drawn, the “Mass Cash” player wins $100,000.

If they match four numbers, the prize is $250, and if they match three, the prize is $10. Overall, there were at least 191 lottery prizes worth $600 or more won or claimed in Massachusetts on Sunday, including two in Springfield and one in Worcester.
