A Balwyn woman can’t wait to wander the cherry blossom-lined streets of Japan after landing a magical $1.3 million in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.

When an official from The Lott contacted the seasoned player, she was awestruck by the revelation her life had changed overnight.
