A South Carolina resident became $100,000 richer after using a strategy he saw on the TV.
The winner spends $25 per week for three months playing the lottery. The player won $500 during the first week and later on the seventh weekend scooped $100,000.
The player purchased a Powerball ticket for May 28, 2022 drawing.
The winner matched four out of five white balls and the red Powerball number to win $100K.
“I didn’t even know how to play Powerball,” the lucky winner told South Carolina Lottery officials.
After the win, the player purchased a brand new car.
