Three lucky individuals in Tennessee became winners thanks to the state's lottery drawings on September 16, 2023. Among the notable wins were:

A Daily Tennessee Jackpot player who clinched a whopping $490,000 in the top prize. The winning ticket was purchased at Holmes Express, located at 4840 E. Holmes Road in Memphis.

Two Powerball players who matched four numbers plus the Powerball, securing the base prize of $50,000. One of these players had opted for the Power Play feature, doubling their prize to $100,000 due to the drawn multiplier of two.

The $100,000-winning Powerball ticket was bought at Kroger, situated at 189 Brooklawn St. in Knoxville, while the $50,000-winning Powerball ticket was purchased at Kroger on 401 S. Mt. Juliet Road in Mt. Juliet.
