In Thailand, a man named Patthawikorn Boonin won 2,000 baht (approximately $60) in the state lottery with the help of an artificial intelligence chatbot called ChatGPT.

Boonin inputted the statistics of the previous winning numbers into the chatbot, which provided him with a formula to calculate potential winning numbers.

The numbers 57, 27, 29 and 99 were generated, and one of them turned out to be the winning number.

Boonin attributed his win to the chatbot, stating that it was time to "pray to the robot."

However, some are skeptical about the accuracy of using an AI chatbot to predict lottery numbers, and believe that it was purely luck.
