A Richmond man who played Kentucky Lottery Cash ball 225 game won a life-changing lottery prize worth $225,000.
The winner had a hard time believing his eyes after discovering the win.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Meijer Gas Station on Lantern Ridge Drive in Richmond
“I was scanning my ticket when I saw $225,000 pop up on the screen. I’m trying to dissect what it is and scanned it again,” he said.
“Wow, I couldn’t believe it. When the odds of winning are one in one million three hundred thousand and I’m the one, that’s crazy,” he said.
The winner receives a lump sum amount of $159,750 after taxes while the store which sold the winning ticket receives a bonus of $2,250.
