A big $100,000 winning lottery ticket is sold out in Erie County

A fortunate Erie County guy wins $100,000 recently in a lottery game

One lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player in Erie County started off the new year with some very good fortune.

According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, one of the four $100,000 winning tickets for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle was sold in Erie.

The ticket sold in Erie was not one of the top prized million-dollar winnings, but did send one player home with $100,000, which is the second highest prize listed.

The winning ticket was sold at the Country Fair on 2617 W. 26th St. That location will also be receiving a $500 selling bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery.

The three other $100,000 winning tickets were sold in Dauphin, Luzerne and Northumberland counties.

The four top prized one million dollar winning tickets were sold in Allegheny, Butler and Philadelphia counties.
