A Grande Prairie county man is $104K richer after lotto 6/49 lottery win

According to the Western Canada Lottery Corporation, Alexander Voth purchased his $7 winning ticket of Lotto 6/49 Canada lottery worth $104K form GP North Shell on 99 Street Clairmont. 

Lotto 6/49 Canada lottery winning numbers for March 31 were 03, 07, 08, 12, 37, 40. The bonus number was 41. Voth won $104K by matching five out of the six main numbers and the bonus number for that night .

The lottery officials said that he returned to the store after few days of tthe draw and checked his ticket. They say Voth kept calm after claiming the big prize.

"I gave my ticket to the store clerk to scan," He said. "When I saw the amount come up on the screen the store clerk got really excited about it; I felt very calm."

The lucky winner said the officials that he plans to pay off some of his bills and rest will go into his savings account.

The OLG lottery prize winners have one year from the date draw to claim their winning prize.
