A Milford resident wins $25,000 a year for whole life

Someone who bought a Lucky for Life ticket in New Milford won Lucky for Life on Sunday. The player won $25,000 a year for life.
The winning numbers were 3-5-23-43-46 and the Lucky Ball was 8. The winner matched all numbers other than the Lucky Ball. The ticket was sold at Big Y on Kent Road in New Milford.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
They also announced that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
The winner told the lottery officials that he will be paying all his due bills after claiming the winning prize money.
