$1 Million Pennsylvania Lottery Ticket Sold at Throop Store

A lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player is now sitting on a $1 million prize after hitting the top prize on a Scratch-Off ticket sold in Lackawanna County.

The winning Snake, Rattle and Roll $20 ticket was purchased at Food Express, 914 Dunmore St. in Throop. The store will also get a $5,000 bonus for selling the big-winning ticket.
