A Easton area store's guy recently wins $1 million in a lottery game

An Easton area store sold a $20 Fast Play ticket over the weekend that is worth more than $1 million, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced.

The Fast $50 game ticket was sold Saturday at Chubby’s, 2100 Sullivan Trail in Forks Township. The store receives a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Fast $50 offers a progressive prize starting at $350,000 that grows in value until it is won.

Fast Play games print on-demand and are similar to scratch-off games, but without the need to scratch a ticket or wait for a drawing. The ticket sold Saturday is worth $1,020,462.50.

The lottery said Fast Play ticket winners should immediately sign the back of the ticket and call the lottery at 1-800-692-7481.
