A lucky Delray guy wins $1 million recently in scratch off lottery

Good things apparently come to those who wait. Stephen Munoz Espinoza can attest.

Munoz Espinoza recently won a $1 million Florida Lottery prize after he says a stranger cut in front of him as he waited in line for the scratch-off ticket machine.

He said he decided to not vent his initial reaction of frustration and anger toward the person.

Instead, he says he showed restraint and patience. And it paid off. Literally. He still finds his win hard to believe.

The winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money and if not claimed then it will be donated to a charity.

The winner told the lottery officials that he will buy a brand new car for his own after claiming the winning prize money.
