A New York City player is now millionaire after Mega Millions lottery draw

A lucky player purchased a million dollar Mega Millions lottery ticket at a Bodega in the Bronx. 

The New York Lottery announced on Saturday that a second-tier prize winning ticket of Mega Millions worth $1 million for October 15 drawing was sold in the Bronx. 

The $1 million prize ticket was purchased at 1086, Luna Deli  located at 1086 on Boston Road in Morrisania.

The lucky ticket holder matched all five main numbers but missed the Powerball number to win the second prize worth $1,000,000.

Mega Millions winning numbers for October 15 draw were - 03, 20, 31, 34, 65. The Gold megaball number was 18 and the Megaplier was 3X. 

Mega Millions lottery draw takes place every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET. 

The jackpot prize for next Mega Millions draw on October 19 is estimated $94 million with the cash value of $66 million.
