Two lucky lottery players wins Lotto Max jackpot worth $243k

Two lucky lottery players from Ontario won a whopping sum of $243,000 combined, playing Lotto Max draw on Valentines day. 

The winning numbers for the drawing were: 13, 16, 18, 29, 35, 36, 49, and bonus number 34. Both the winners matched six out of seven winning numbers and won $121,717.60 each.

Lotto Max is a Canadian lottery game coordinated by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, as one of the country's three national lottery games. Lotto Max drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday.

Seven numbers are selected from a field of 50 numbers, along with a bonus number. A single line of seven numbers costs $5, and each purchased line also includes two additional lines of quick picks.
