Susanville Powerball ticket was one number away from $1.6 billion win

A winning Powerball ticket sold in Susanville was one number away from the huge $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot as it did not matched the Powerball number. 

The winning numbers were : 28, 45, 53, 56 and 59 with a Powerball of 30.

The odds of picking the Powerball winning numbers are one in 292,201,338. The odds of picking all the numbers except the Powerball are a mere one in 11,688,054.
