Winning lottery ticket worth $10K won by a North Haven resident

A North Haven resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in town, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident won $10,000 on a 30X Cash 10th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at North Haven Xtra Mart at 641 Washington Avenue in North Haven, according to Lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.

If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters. The player can also have the facility of calling or sending mail to start the claiming process.
