A Kerrville resident claimed the winning $1 million lottery ticket that sold Oct. 7 at Bottle N Bag, 1718 Milam St. in Uvalde.

The Powerball ticket, a quick pick, matched five numbers, 47, 54, 57, 60, and 65.

The winner asked to remain anonymous, per the Texas Lottery Commission.

A representative from Bottle N Bag said they did not know the person or have any details.

The ticket was sold on the same day as a winning $25,000 ticket was sold in Uvalde.

That ticket was purchased at Choocha Mart, formerly Valero, at 2250 E. Main St. A Uvalde resident won that prize, per the lottery
