Michigan women got lucky to win $1 million jackpot due to the kindness of a gas station clerk

A gas station clerk let the women to enter the store just before the closest. A little luck and kindness of the employee brought luck to the Michigan women.

The 52 years old women from Saginaw county won $1 million jackpot prize playing the Michigan lottery's $1,000,000 Frenzy Multiplayer Instant Game. The winner choose to remain anonymous.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Marion Spring General Stores located at 12025 South Merrill Road in Brant.

"My friend and I were on the way home for a bonfire and we needed to stop for a couple of things" said the lucky women. "We stopped at the Marion Spring General Store, but they must have closed because the door was locked. We were standing at the door when a clerk came over to let us in."

"We grabbed items for ththe night and picked up some lottery tickets. I got home and got the fire going and forget all about the tickets for a couple of days. When I finally scratch it off, I was surprised to win $1 million.

The lucky winner visited the lottery headquarters in Lansing recently to claim he prize.

The 52 years winner selected the one time lump sum payment of $634,000 rather than the annuity.
