A fortunate Powerball player in Morris Plains is now $50,000 wealthier after securing the second-tier prize in the latest drawing.

The winning ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven, located at 959 Tabor Rd., Morris Plains.

This lucky individual successfully matched the Power Ball and four of the five white balls drawn in the recent Powerball drawing held on September 16.

The winning numbers for that draw were 8, 11, 19, 24, and 46, with the Red Power Ball number being 5 and a Power Play of 2X. NJ Lottery officials confirmed this exciting win.
