Powerball lottery jackpot $60 million won by a syndicate group of 10 members

A syndicate group of 10 members will be taking home $6 million each. They held the division one winning entry for Powerball lottery drawing. 

The massive winning ticket was sold in Nextra at Willows Shopping Centre in Kirwan, near Townsville, North Queensland City. 

The winning numbers of the lottery were 13, 19, 18, 17, 11, 16 and 20. The Powerball number was 15.

The syndicate matched all the numbers including the Powerball number and hit the life changing $60 million jackpot. Each of the members will take homeb $6 million. 

The lottery officials said that some members of the syndicate are not registered. So, some of the members are still unknown that they are now multi-millionaire. People are encouraged to check their lottery tickets.

Matt Hart from the lotto said, "The 10b members from the lotto don't know each other. They just popped in and grabbed this syndicate share."

Matt Hart has the job of telling those registered members about their win.

A couple from Queensland was shocked after they discovered that they had won $6 million lotto prize. 

"I think someone must be pulling myb leg" the husband said.

Another player from Townsville got the call when he was watching football match. "Can I just write the amount? You just ruined my good night sleep, but I think I can just live with that." The man said.

Another winner said that she was the happiest person in the world. 

Two other players were planning to get retirement after they discovered their big win.
