Powerball winning ticket with powerplay was sold in Union County

Union County lottery player wins $100,000 Powerball prize. The winning ticket was sold for January 15 drawing. 

The lucky winning ticket matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Red Powerball number drawn for Saturday, January 15 drawing winning the $50,000 third-tier prize. 

The lucky ticket holder purchased the ticket with powerplay option for extra $1 which doubled the prize money to $100,000 when the powerplay was drawn 2X. 

The third-tier prize ticket was sold at Rotundo's Liquors Deli & Food, 1040 Lake Drive, Clark in Union County. 

Moreover, a total of 22,759 other New Jersey players took home an estimated $117,796 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200.

DOUBLE PLAY RESULTS 

One New Jersey player matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Double Play Red Powerball number for Saturday night's drawing to win $50,000 third-tier prize. 

The winning ticket was sold at Pantry 1 Food Mart, 1502 Liberty Street, Trenton in Mercer County.
