According to the Connecticut Lottery a lucky winner in Shelton won life changing lottery prize worth $10,000 in "30X Cash 9th Edition" game.
The winning ticket was purchased from Stop & Shop #629 in Shelton.
Stratford resident Luigi Picarazzi won $10,000 playing a "30X Cash 9th Edition" game on Monday.
The player couldn't beleive his eyes after discovering the win.
The player chooses to remain anonymous and enjoy the win alone with his family.
