A lucky Parksville resident wins $3 million Lotto 6/49 lottery prize

Dreams of winning big lottery prize come true for a lucky Parksville resident after winning massive prize from Lotto 6/49 lottery past weekend.

Frances Lloyd had won the split of $6 million Lotto 6/49 jackpot after enjoying a low-key Sunday morning at home. 

According to BCLC report, Lloyd opened her laptop to check her ticket from June 19 Lotto 6/49 draw, she couldn't believe what see saw on the screen. 

She got all six lucky winning numbers on her ticket to split the $6 million jackpot for a $3 million win.

"I've always dreamt of winning." Lloyd said

"This is my big pot! I never thought of winning this big prize."

Lloyd purchased her jackpot ticket at the Shoppers Drug Mart on East Island Highway in Parksville, according to the BCLC release. 

She plans to purchase a new home for using her windfall, as well as gift her family some of the winnings. 

She already celebrated a great dinner and champagne toasts with her family, according to her statement. 

"I don't quite believe it yet." Lloyd said.
