A lucky man from Mossbank became an overnight millionaire after scoring $1 million on a Lotto Max draw.

Gary Woit is the lucky winner who purchased the winning Lotto Max ticket from the Safeway Fuel Station in northwest Moose Jaw on May 31.

The winning numbers for the Lotto Max draw were 14, 18, 20, 28, 31, 32, and 37.

The next day only Garry scanned his ticket using a self-checker and was in shock to discover the win. To confirm the win Garry brought his ticket to the cashier.

“I was kind of numb,” he said. “I was feeling pretty overwhelmed.” 

When asked how he plans to spend the win, Woit said he hasn't planned anything yet but thinking to catch a football game to celebrate the win.
