$600K Scratch-Off Win, $84K Quick Draw Jackpot Hit in New Jersey

A Bergen County resident just hit it big—scoring $600,000 on a $30 Colossal Crossword scratch-off. The winning ticket was snagged at Manor Sweet Shoppe on Jackson Avenue in Rutherford on Sept. 22.
This marks the third and final grand prize for the game, which launched back in April with payouts ranging from $50 all the way up to $600,000. The other two top prizes? One was sold at a Wawa in Forked River, Ocean County, and the other at a 7-Eleven in South Orange, Essex County.
But that’s not the only lucky streak in North Jersey. A Quick Draw Progressive ticket sold at Noble Discount Liquors in Weehawken brought in $84,565 for a Hudson County player. Their $1 wager earned them 10% of the progressive jackpot on Sept. 27.
Here’s the fun part about Quick Draw Progressive:
-
Every ticket comes with nine “jackpot numbers” printed at the bottom.
-
Match all nine, and you claim a slice of the progressive pot.
-
A $1 bet wins 10%, $2 grabs 20%, and $10 or more gets the whole jackpot.
With drawings happening every four minutes, New Jersey players are getting shot after shot at life-changing cash.
