Los Gatos's winning lottery ticket worth of $1.5 million is going to expire soon

If you purchased a lottery ticket from a Los Gatos gas station in October, it’s time to check your purse, between your couch cushions and under the seats of your car, because a lucky lottery winner only has less than one week left to cash in their ticket and take home some big money.

An unclaimed Powerball ticket worth $1,556,855 will expire on Monday, April 24 if it isn’t turned in, according to the California Lottery. The lucky numbers of 19-36-37-46-56 and Powerball no. 24 were called on Oct. 26, and a ticket sold in Los Gatos had all numbers except for the Powerball.

Another winning ticket sold in Southern California has already been claimed for a similar million-and-a-half-dollar prize. The Los Gatos ticket was sold at what was previously a 76, now a Mobil gas station at 15380 Los Gatos Blvd.
