A $365,000 winning lottery ticket is sold out at Brick convenience store

A lucky Brick convenience store's customer wins a big jackpot worth of $365,000 recently

One New Jersey lottery player hit the Jersey Cash 5 jackpot on Thursday with a ticket purchased at Welsh Farms in Brick.

The winner matched all five numbers for the Dec. 15 drawing, scoring a $365,841 jackpot.

The winning numbers for Thursday's drawing were 07, 09, 21, 23, and 29 with an XTRA number of 02. 

The retailer, at 1765 Route 88 in Brick, will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for the winning ticket sold, the NJ Lottery said.

The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.

The winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
