A lucky Baytown resident is million(s) richer this week after claiming a top prize winning on a scratch-off lottery ticket.

The winning ticket was the first time of four top prizes worth $3 million to be claimed, which was the 500X Loteria Spectacular scratch ticket game.

While the area resident elected to remain anonymous, according to the Texas Lottery Commission, the ticket was purchased at Angels Bayway, located at 7119 Bayway Drive in Baytown.

So far, following the big win in Baytown this week, a resident from Austin claimed a $1 million lottery prize and another winner from Tomball claimed $3 million. Both also elected to remain anonymous.

The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
