Herbert Harris Jr.  who is just 30 years old at the time of the lottery draw, recently claimed his $5 million prize in Tallahassee, Florida Lottery officials said.

He is enough lucky to turn his $20 into $5 million. He was destined to be a multi millionaire right when he bought the winning lottery ticket.

Harris Jr.’s riches came after he stopped into the Right Way Food Store in Orlando and bought a scratch-off ticket.

The game he played was ' Gold Rush Limited', which actually offers 32 chances to win a $5 million prize.

The Florida lottery officials announced for the winner that, the winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming his winning prize money.
