Adams County Retailer Sells $100,000 Winning Powerball Ticket in Pennsylvania

An Adams County retailer in Pennsylvania has made headlines as it sold a winning $100,000 Powerball ticket from the drawing held on Saturday, May 20.

The winning lottery ticket was purchased at Turkey Hill, located at 6113 York Road in New Oxford.

The fortunate ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn (17-23-32-38-63) and the red Powerball 23, securing the six-figure prize.

If the ticket holder had opted out of the $1 Power Play option, the winnings would have amounted to $50,000.

Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes, and it is recommended to sign the back of winning tickets immediately.
