An Alexandria woman is officially a multi-millionaire after hitting big in the April 29 Powerball drawing. Jacquelyn Green claimed her massive $2 million prize on May 12 and walked away with $1,460,005.84 after taxes.

Her lucky ticket was purchased at Tobacco Plus #16 on North Mall Drive in Alexandria, turning an ordinary stop into a life-changing moment.
