Another Blair County guy wins $3 million in a lottery game

One lucky Pennsylvanian cashed in on a prize on a scratch-off lottery ticket. Bellwood Hometown Market in Bellwood, PA, sold a winning Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket worth $3 million.
The winning ticket was sold on a ‘$160 Million Cash Blowout’ ticket which costs $30 a ticket with the top prize being $3 million.
The Pennsylvania Lottery retailer that sold the ticket will receive a $10,000 bonus.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
They also announced that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
