Two fortunate Powerball lottery player from SC wins $50,000 recently

Two tickets in South Carolina came within one number of winning the Powerball jackpot on Wednesday. Players in Cheraw and Hardeeville should check their tickets to see if they won the $50,000.
Officials said the winning tickets were purchased at the Murphy USA #7459 at 1042 Chesterfield Hwy. in Cheraw and at Patels at 3569 S. Okatie Hwy. in Hardeeville.
They added that both tickets matched four out of the first five numbers and the Powerball number. The winning numbers were 17 - 34 - 56 - 60 - 61 Powerball: 9.
Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
