Fortunate Camden County guy bags a big jackpot recently in a lottery game

Check your numbers! Somebody who bought a New Jersey Lottery ticket in Camden County just earned a nice prize.

A ticket sold in Camden generated $60,296 during Saturday's $2 Jersey Jackpot, winning 20 percent of the progressive jackpot.

The ticket came from Eddie's Liquor Store (700 Chestnut St., Camden). Fast Play Progressive tickets offer a fast way for lottery participants to see if they're a lucky winner. 

The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.

They also announced that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
