A Powerball ticket with PowerPlay sold in Cowpens, South Carolina, for Wednesday’s drawing is worth $100,000.

The ticket was purchased at the Scotchman No. 3848 store at 847 Battleground Road in Cowpens.

The winning numbers for the Feb 28 drawing were  16 - 26 - 29 - 38 - 50 Powerball: 6

The winning lottery ticket remains unclaimed as the ticket was unregistered so the lottery officials urge all the lottery ticket holders to check their tickets and sign on the back of them.

If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters.

The player can also have the facility of calling or sending mail to start the claiming process.
