A Dandenong man has confessed seeing his TattsLotto entry had scored more than $3.3 million in the weekend’s draw had brought a tear to his eye.

“This win has come at a great time,” he exclaimed.

“I found out about 1 am on New Year’s Day when I came home and thought I’d check my ticket.

“I’ve been playing the same numbers for a number of years. Eventually, they’ve come up and it’s at just the right time. “I got a bit teary in the eyes.”

The Victorian admitted he was still reeling from the win and had yet to make any firm plans for his prize, but shared that helping his family would be his top priority.

The man’s marked System 7 entry was purchased at Dandenong Plaza Lotto, Kiosk 3K8, Dandenong Plaza, Corner McCrea Street & Walker Street, Dandenong.
