A Euromillions winner hid moren than £8 million from his estranged wife

The Euromillions winning only known as NJ, from Scotland try to hide the big prize by transferring it to his parents account so that his estranged wife couldn't get her fair share in the middle of 'messy divorce', a judge has ruled.

The court session heard how the man won £11 million in month of October 2015.

But hisb marrige to his wife, who can only be identified as HAJ has launched divorce proceedings against him in 2018.

Judge Lady Wise heard how in summer of 2019, the man has shifted cash to his parents account and and tried to claim uniersal credit. 

The man's mum asked for advice on how to transfer money to an offshore account- despite the fact that the court has session passed not to move the from the account. 

However, in a judgment published yesterday, Lady Wise told how the Muslim man claimed that his wife didn't want anything to do with the lottery win because he is indulged in something, which is considered sinful in Islam. 

But the man has already purchased a luxurious Nissan Skyline Sports Car worth £110,000.

The man's wife, a staff nurse told the court that she wanted a share of the cash so that she could continue caring for her two children and still want continue her job.

Lady wise rejected the evidence provided by the man and his mum, awarding the estranged wife £4.5 million- half of the couoles fortune.
