The Massachusetts State Lottery released a new $50 scratch ticket game called "Billion Dollar Extravaganza" in early February.

On March 1st, 2023, the game's first $1 million winning ticket was claimed by a lucky winner who purchased their ticket from Neptune Liquors in East Boston.

The winner's $1 million prize was one of 253 tickets claimed from the "Billion Dollar Extravaganza" on Wednesday.

The game offers a chance to win various cash prizes ranging from $50 to $1 million.
