Jose Ortiz, a resident of Clewiston, Florida, has claimed a $1,000 a Week for Life prize from the multi-state Draw game, CASH4LIFE.

Ortiz opted to receive his winnings as a lump sum payment of $1 million. He purchased the winning ticket from Clewiston Jiffy, which will receive a $2,000 bonus commission.

CASH4LIFE is a popular multi-state game that offers two lifetime prizes, with the chance to win $1,000 a Day for Life or $1,000 a Week for Life.

Since joining in 2017, the game has generated over $152 million for Florida students and schools. Players can view the daily drawings on the Florida Lottery's website or register to receive winning numbers by email or text message.
