The auto-pick ticket, missing the top prize by a Lucky Ball, secures a generous reward of $25,000 a year for life

We have a big lottery winner here in Ohio as one ticket just hit the second-tier prize in the Lucky For Life drawing on Thursday, Nov. 23, 2023.

Ohio Lottery officials say the winning ticket was sold at Tobacco Plus in Westerville, which is located outside of Columbus.

It was an auto-pick ticket that matched the five primary numbers, only missing the top prize for failing to miss the Lucky Ball.

That means the winner gets $25,000 a year for life or they can select a one-time payment worth $390,000.

The odds of winning the second-tier prize are one in 1,813,028. Lucky For Life’s jackpot pays $1,000 a day for life or a cash option with a one-time payment of $5,750,000.
