A lucky man from Kitchener won a whopping sum of $83,000 on a recent Poker Lotto All In ticket and became the two time winner of the same.

The winning Scratch-Off ticket was sold at Little Short Store on Hespeler Road in Cambridge. The ticket distributor will get a bonus of $700 for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Scott Cunningham basically won $78,000 on October 8, then another $5,000 on the instant portion of the ticket. His total winnings ended up being over $83,000.

Cunningham plans to pay some bills and help his family with the winning amount and save the rest for future uses.
