A Lake Munmorah man has described winning $25,000 on an Instant Scratch-Its ticket as ‘surreal’, admitting it’s the most he’s ever won in his life.

The $2 top prize winning Instant Scratch-Its ticket was purchased at Newspower Lake Munmorah, Shop 10, 275 Pacific Highway, Lake Munmorah.

When an official from The Lott reached out to the New South Welshman, he was still recovering from the shocking revelation.

“I’m still stunned – it’s the best way to describe it!” he cheered. “It’s a bit of a routine to go to the newsagency while I’m doing my usual shop.

I enjoy playing the Instant Scratch-Its tickets. I might win $10 here and there and reinvest.

“I won a free ticket on a different Instant Scratch-Its ticket and decided to put it back into more tickets.
