A lucky woman from Louisville named Crystal Dunn won a whopping sum of $146,000 playing Kentucky Lottery’s the Bank Buster Jackpot Instant Play game online.

The winning ticket was purchased online from the lottery website.

The winner recently claimed her winning amount from the lottery headquarters and took home $103,909.73, after taxes.

After claiming her winning amount she went to a grocery store in the area and bought $2,000 in gift cards to give to random strangers in the store.

Dunn told lottery officials she believes in paying it forward and wanted to pass along her good fortune.

“I’ve worked hard for everything I’ve had. This is a pretty amazing gift,” she said.

Dunn plans to use the rest of her winnings on things she was already working toward, like buying a car and paying off bills.

Kentucky Lottery proceeds fund college scholarship and grant programs across the Commonwealth, including every dime of the popular KEES program. More than $4.0 Billion in scholarships and grants have been awarded to Kentucky students.
