A lucky Oakdale resident wins a whopping sum of $1.5 million playing Connecticut Lottery's $2,000,000 Mega Multiplier game.

The winning ticket was purchased from the Bestway Oakdale Corporation. The store will receive a bonus of $10,000 for selling the winning ticket. 

The winner chose to remain anonymous and recently claimed his winning amount from the lottery headquarters. 

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation, also called the CT Lottery, is the official lottery in Connecticut. The Connecticut Lottery offers several in-house drawing games; Connecticut also participates in Mega Millions and Powerball; each are played in 44 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
