Mega Millions Jackpot Nears the Billion-Dollar Mark

The Mega Millions jackpot just skyrocketed to a jaw-dropping $900 million for the Tuesday, Nov. 11 drawing after no one hit the winning combo on Friday night. That’s the eighth-largest jackpot since the game launched in 2002 — and it’s still climbing.

Recent Mega Millions Highlights

  • June 27: A lucky ticket in Virginia snagged $348 million.

  • April 18: An Ohio player took home $112 million.

  • March 25: Illinois saw a $344 million winner.

  • Jan. 17: Another Illinois ticket scored $113 million.

If someone matches all six numbers in the next drawing, they can choose between the full jackpot or a one-time cash payout of $415.3 million.

Winning Numbers — Nov. 11, 2025

10, 13, 40, 42, 46, and Mega Ball 1

Unfortunately, no one hit the jackpot on Tuesday. The next Mega Millions draw on Nov. 14 will now roll up to an estimated $965 million.

Quick Guide: How to Play

Here’s the fun part — playing is easy:

  • Grab a ticket from a gas station, grocery store, or online (in select states).

  • Pick five white balls (1–70) and one gold Mega Ball (1–24).

  • Don’t feel like choosing? Ask for a Quick Pick or Easy Pick.

  • You can multiply non-jackpot prizes by 2X to 10X with the built-in Megaplier.

Drawings happen every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET.

The Odds (and the Dream)

Winning big isn’t easy, but hey — someone’s gotta do it:

  • Jackpot (5 + Mega Ball): 1 in 302,575,350

  • $1 Million (5 only): 1 in 12,607,306

  • $10,000 (4 + Mega Ball): 1 in 931,001

  • $500 (4 only): 1 in 38,792

  • $200 (3 + Mega Ball): 1 in 14,547

  • $10 (3 only): 1 in 606

  • $5 (Mega Ball only): 1 in 37

The Megaplier doesn’t affect the jackpot, but it can boost smaller prizes — even turning a $1 million win into $10 million.
