Miami woman collects $1M top prize on the $5 Monopoly Doubler Scratch-Off Game

A lucky woman from Miami won a whopping sum of $1 million playing $5 MONOPOLY DOUBLER Scratch-Off game of Florida Lottery. 

The winning ticket was sold at the Winn-Dixie, located at 604 Crandon Blvd. in Key Biscayne. The ticket distributor will get a bonus of $10,000 for selling the winning scratch-Off ticket  

The winner recently claimed his winning amount from the lottery headquarters and took home $798,985 after federal and state taxes.

Florida Lottery instant games range in price from $1 to $30, with higher priced tickets typically putting out a higher percentage of sales back into prizes. Payouts range from 58% to almost 77% of sales and average 70%.
