Mississippi lottery player wins $50,000 playing Powerball

Someone just had a great feeling of starting the weekend with big lottery prize.
One lucky Mississippi Powerball player is now $50,000 richer after purchasing a Powerball ticket for Monday, May 16 drawing.
The lucky ticket holder matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Red Powerball number to win $50K prize.
The winning numbers for Monday night's Powerball drawing were 07, 15, 22, 36, 64. The Red Powerball number was 13 and the powerplay was drawn 2X. The player didn't add the powerplay option on his ticket which could have doubled the winnings to $100,000.
The third-tier prize winning ticket was sold at the POP's at 527 Highway 9 West in Banner.
Now the Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night has grown to $101 million.
