Winner of $50 million Powerball found after five-day search

A lucky man from the New South Wales Mid North Coast town of Forster won Powerball jackpot worth $50 million. 

The winning ticket was sold at Tull's Newsagency on Wharf Street in Forster. The store will receive a bonus of $5000 for selling the winning scratch-Off ticket.

The winning numbers in Powerball draw 1384 on November 24 were 14, 6, 9, 25, 27, 31 and 33.

The winner finally came forward after five days of search and claimed the winning amount from the lottery headquarters. 

Tull's Newsagency manager Vanessa Deland said the shop was happy to hear the winner had been found.
